This project comprised seven building campus, a total of 560,000 square feet, for a multinational technology company.
Our clients were concerned that the building engineering services throughout the seven-building complex required extensive coordination on an unusually tight time schedule.
The strategy proposed by M Moser was to combine a lightweight nimble model accurately depicting architecture structure, the interiors, and the buildings engineering into one highly coordinated virtual construction.
Using this virtual construction as a basis for coordinating all project participants had many benefits.
Everyone could see and understand even the most complex issues clearly. they could interact easily with these complex structures from anywhere and at any time
Our clients could understand and participate visually. Changes and coordinative issues were visually tracked and communicated instantly.
Clashes amongst all these elements were resolved before construction and with full participation of the team. Issues were resolved successfully in pre-constriction, avoiding errors, abortive and costs resulting from misunderstanding and miscommunication.
Requests for information were reduced by 80% and the paperwork that would have been typically involved in the exchange of documents trying to resolve the issues were replaced with effective real-time coordination.
M Moser uses these technologies to bring the whole team together to communicate far more effectively.
Using Moser’s integrated methodologies, every project participant could see and understand the same things together.
They could all contribute meaningfully because less time was spent trading documents and more time was spent together in a visual medium.
M Moser leadership enables the entire team to participate in the development of solutions which enhance quality and eliminate wasted efforts through better communication.
